Well. I’ve been feeling pretty rough the past two weeks! A cough that woke me at 4am regularly, the craziness of half term, of children, of house renovations while running a business, doing some coaching training and fitting in a couple of social things left me feeling a bit burnt out, if I’m honest. I tried to do a reading for you but my brain was too foggy.
But this is a new week. The New Moon had me feeling quite unsettled, but that is easing a little. I’ve had a lot of grief and sadness and self-doubt arise but I think that’s a consequence of not having enough time out in nature and with a quiet mind, as well as what the moon stirred up!
I’ve got some new crystals so I’ve cleansed, charged and tuned into them and used them to help me pick some cards. This is what the tarot says today…. Pick a pile and read the relevant message.
Pile 1: Queen of Pentacles
The suit of Pentacles speaks to your outer world and how you create, shape, transform and grow it. The appearance of Pentacles is often related to finances, work, bodily health and manifestation. Are you seeking solutions to financial matters, concerns with career and your ability to manifest your goals?
The Queen of Pentacles is the nurturing mother of the material world. She looks after people in the home by cooking, cleaning, creating a loving and inviting space, while also offering emotional support. She is the archetypal working parent who is working hard on the domestic and material fronts to provide for her loved ones.
With this card I’m inviting you to ask yourself… Are you creating this warm, safe nurturing environment? Or does this area need attention? Is there someone in your life who needs a bit more of this? Perhaps it’s you! Maybe you need a focused, compassionate approach and down-to-earth attitude in your dealings with people and your present circumstances. Be resourceful and practical. Use simple solutions that resolve issues in the most straightforward way.
